Occasionally, a product may not meet our high standards, which is why we have established Satisfaction Guarantee, Product Return, and Warranty Claim Policies to take care of our customers in such situations.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your flags, and we back our products with a Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are dissatisfied with the product quality for any reason or encounter difficulties receiving your order due to shipping issues, we will work with you to either replace the product or issue a refund. While such cases are rare, if we make a mistake, we want to make it right and will do our best to meet your expectations.
Claim Requirements:
- Customers must contact us within 30 business days of receiving the product to be eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Any issues reported after this claim period will be covered only by the product-specific warranty (if applicable).
- All returned products must be unused, unless otherwise approved by FSFLAG.
- If you need to use the product for an event and we are unable to provide a replacement before your event date, we may allow you to use it while arranging for a replacement. Otherwise, once the product has been used, any claims will be covered under the product-specific warranty (if applicable).
- We may ask you to:
(a) Email us photos showing the issue, and/or
(b) Return the physical product to us. - If a return is required, we cannot process any claims until we receive the returned item.
📌 Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a product quality issue, FSFLAG will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to buyer-related reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong product, change of mind, no longer needed), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The final decision regarding a replacement or refund will be made by the FSFLAG team.
Customized Products
Unfortunately, customized items are not eligible for return, as they cannot be restocked or resold to other customers. If you receive a high-quality custom product that matches your approved proof, it will not qualify for a return.
When purchasing a customized product from FSFLAG, we ask you to confirm the product specifications and dimensions, as well as approve the artwork before production begins. These steps ensure that the product you order is exactly what you want to receive. Once production starts, we cannot cancel or refund customized products.
Claims must be related to product quality upon receipt, not to the approved artwork or design. Any reprints will use the originally approved design. Design modifications, spelling corrections, or changes are not covered under this policy.
Hardware & Accessories
If you wish to return unused hardware, most items can be returned within 30 business days of receipt. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions.
📌 Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a product quality issue, FSFLAG covers the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a buyer-related reason, the buyer must cover the return shipping cost.
- FSFLAG is not responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items, so you may use any carrier of your choice to return the item.
Once we receive the unused returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (typically within 2-5 business days).
Warranty Claims
Unless otherwise stated on the specific product page, the standard warranty period is 30 days.
- Our standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
- FSFLAG reserves the right to determine whether warranty-covered products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
If you would like to request a refund or replacement under warranty, we may ask you to:
(a) Email us photos showing the issue, and/or
(b) Return the physical product to us.
